1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also check the Track Order section on our site.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! Returns are accepted for defective or size-exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition.
3. How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 days in metros, and 5–8 days for other areas.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@zatyx.in. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India — but international shipping is coming soon.
6. What payment methods are available?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking through secure gateways like Razorpay/Instamojo.
